PLANNING COMMISSION VACANCY

The Middlesex Select Board is accepting applications to fill a short-term vacancy on the Middlesex Planning Commission. Were you enthused by What’s Next, Middlesex? Are you interested in how Middlesex will develop & grow? If you’re a Middlesex resident/voter and willing to meet one Wednesday each month to address issues like updating the Town Plan, reviewing applications for major subdivisions and revising zoning regulations, then please submit a letter of interest to the Middlesex Select Board at mdxclerk@comcast. net. Please note: the remaining 1 year of this 3-year term will be up for election at the March 2019 Town Meeting.

The Middlesex Food Shelf is open every Saturday from 9:00 – 10:30 am at the Middlesex United Methodist Church, which is located on Church Street across the street from Town Hall.

  • Food donations can be made in the lobby of the Rumney School or at the food shelf (on Church Street) during its open hours on Saturdays.

  • Cash donations may be made at the Town Clerk’s office (Monday-Thursday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM).
